My last meal of the day is at 1130pm. At that time I am super lazy and really not feeling to eat anything. But I do feel for a nice protein shake . What would your choice be? On my diet I have set for that meal 8 egg whites, 1 whole egg, and depending on day 200gr of potatoes or no carbs.....
This debate has been going on forever......does drinking a protein shake (with same macros as the meal) really makes a big difference? Would love to hear people opinion....
