sorry to hear about your ulcer. But if one is prone to ulcers then it will speed it up. It itself don't cause ulcers. Just like gh and cancer.

it's given to prevent heart attack/ stroke and also to individuals who have a history of heart attack/ stoke, it's given as a prevention measure.

can i ask is it necessary if your in your early 20's? just a bit of info for you all -i naturally have high RBC, even before i began using gear. infact, if i recall, it was over the max (barely though).

any recommendations for people under 35? i'm 26 and have been taking baby aspirin everyday for quite some time.

Don't stop ... Your only worry is GI bleed, keep with your healthy lifestyle and you will be fine. Drinking, smoking, stress contribute to GI bleeding.

Wouldnt nattokinase be a good alternative to baby asprin?

I mean i know this has been suggested, but will it work just as good?

make sure you take the coated kind!
