Diet gains (500c, 450p, 150f) ;
Fasted PrWO: 60g HBCD, 20g EAA, 10g Creatine, 8gCitruline, 5g Glycerol, 1g Agmantine

A whopping $96 at the grocery today. Ive been putting in an extra cheat meal 3-4x a week, I'm adding size with minimal fat gain (water around abs, vascularity everywhere else) so I'm going to continue to push the food.
Whoever thinks met makes an impact to free/total test and thinks it makes a large difference to SHBG? Come check on this rock hard dick, still no major issues from met. 500mg with meals 3,5,7 and on off an extra met dose with meal 1.
