bac water expired ?

ok just noticed my bac water has a expire date of may 2015, do I really have to toss it and buy more, I mean its the hospira brand ,I didn't know bac water goes bad, ive always kept mine in a cool, dark, place out of any sunlight and all, what do you guys think ,can bac water go bad

FWIW I am using expired hospira bac water. I bought a 10 pack last year and only went thru a 2-3. It would be a shame to throw unopened ones away so I am continuing to use them. So far no issues.

You should be gtg bro, I've never heard of anyone having problems from using it after the expiration date; as long as it's unopened I would say no biggie.

I would use it I have used expired bac water before it is not going to hurt.

what do you mean unopened bro, its in a 30ml sealed vial, do you mean as long as top hasn't been compromised which it hasn't, but ive used it in the past, I only have 1 30ml bottle of bac water

Yes, as long as the top has not been compromised. I was heading to my sons wrestling practice when I posted, was in a hurry. You get the gist.

i believe its safe to use past the manufacturers' expiration date. I think the expiration date is used for health standards, but i like i said it should be good to go. It would be a waste to throw out good BAC water!!

I am sure it is still good. When in doubt throw it out. You are injecting this into your body if you think there is any chance of contamination throw it out.
