Another thing you can do is order sterile water and then add in your own BA. I forget the%, but if you look around the web youll find it real fast. Its low%.

Yep, that is what I advise all do. It is what I used to do. Usually it was cheaper than ordering bac water. It especially makes a lot of sense if you are homebrewing and need the BA anyhow. For those of you that dont homebrew, just try to find BA in the smallest volume that you can and if you cant then just bite the bullet because its really not that expensive. You could use distlled water, but I would be much more confindent in sterile water because its contained within a sterile vial and stopper. Distilled water might be sterile but its contained within a non sterile plastic container.

No, sterile water is just that, sterile. If you use distelled then you should at least use a whatman IMO because the container its in really is not sterile.

I bought 10 bottles 5 months ago and still have 8.5 left. Stock up next time it's available but remember to refrigerate for long term storage to be on the safe side.
