Back acne

My back acne has been particularly bad lately I don't know why. I'm just taking rayloxofin and HCG. I'm about to start another cycle soon.

I'm using benzoyl peroxide and salicylic acid I slather myself in that shit. I don't really want to take this liver toxic stuff acutain since I used to run superdrol and drink like a fish in college. What are you guys using for acne I can go to Mexico is 15 minutes from my house and get pretty much anything.

Only think that help me is Accutane, but i used 20mg per day for 7 month straight with no side effects, liver enzymes was in range and blood work ok.
You see screwed liver with 100mg and over, but low dose like 10, 20mg per day WORKS like a charm. Didnt get back acne since i stopped 2 years ago

I do the same, I really don't want to do another course of accutane that shit is bell and dangerous.

Some people get lucky and respond really wel to evening primrose oil for acne. Also spraying ACV on their backs, like completely cures it. Who knows you might get lucky and be one of those responders, easy to try at least.

It could be from the hcg. I just learned this recently, that high estrogen sometimes the culprit for male acne. If you're in pct or whatever this shit always happens when my hormones drop being off, not my back but arms shoulders chest

^^^so funny you say that bc we carry ACCUTANE now ..& one of our customers was just saying the same thing

..as in using lower dose ACCUTANE specifically for flair ups

My daughter hits me up for accutane from time to time. She's been using it off and on for the last 7 years. I did some research before giving it to her, and found that a lot of people in countries outside the USA just use low doses as needed. Here, the doctor blasts the patient for several months at like 80 plus mg/day. I have my daughter take 20mg/eod for 20 days, followed by 10mg/eod for another 20 days. Seems to work fine with no sides.

Another recommendation for Accutane. It is a god send. If I flair up, 20mg for a week gets me back to normal quick.

I think you acne is due to being in PCT = changes in endogenous hormone levels.

Start Accutane on 10mg per day, or 10mg 3x week. Yes, that low a dose and work up if you need to.

Micro dosing Isotretinion is also effective in clinical data. Larger doses are often not required.
