No cholesterol blood pressure clotting disorders or family history. Uncontrolled sleep apnea and a viral response are the best guessWow that’s low. Keep us posted on the results. Do you know the cause of yours?

I’m feeling ok? I lost 30 lbs in 2 months and got cleared to go back to work and go to the gym light in December
Titration of the meds up to full dose and optimize my bipap machine. That’s itWhat all else have you been doing to bring it up? Interested to hear
I’d definitely look into adding a quality supplement stack as well if your results don’t come with what you’d likeTitration of the meds up to full dose and optimize my bipap machine. That’s it

I got really sick in December 2023 and aging in the spring of 2024 (not covid) and things went downhill from there12?!
Really hoping 6 months later your EF has improved. I had a similar situation occur to me back in July of 2024. Went into AFib RVR. Had to be cardioverted in the ER and then again about 3 weeks later. SOB, chronic cough, felt like I was drowning. Couldn't sleep lying flat. Initial cardiac CT showed I had an EF in the low 20's. Sleep study shortly after that revealed I had Mod/Severe OSA. Been using a CPAP since. Cardiologist put me on similar meds. Cardiac CT scan = mild plaque formation. F/u CT showed my EF had improved to 40-45%. Had an ablation around New Years. Still on Eliguis, Amio, Entresto and Carvedilol. F/u with my EP surgeon mid next month...hoping to come off the blood thinner and Amio.
I've been using blood pressure medications since 2013. Undiagnosed sleep apnea till recently. I had a bad case of Covid about 1.5 months before this all started. Fully Covid vaccinated plus a few being required as an RN. AFib cause..?
You think OSA was a big contributor to your issues? Thank God so far I haven’t had any cardiac issues though I haven’t had an EF check but physically I hunt in the mountains push my HR up to 150-160 training for that (in like 60 second intervals) so I assume my pumper is working good. That said man my CPAP is a god send if I knock it off or piss and forget to put it back on I feel like shit. My CPAP is so important I carry it and a battery with a solar charger when I camp. An extra 15 lbs or so I dump other gear to keep my CPAP. I’m considering a mouthpiece for camping as some on here swear by them but my apnea is 12 per hour, mild, and I haven’t slept without my machine 1 time in say 5 years. I even bought one a friend quit using and keep it in my truck with my extra first aid kit. I hope that apnea isn’t a sign I’m fucked cardio logically. Though it is great to hear you sorted your shit out after so much trauma. My buddy has AFIB and his RHR was like 210 it was fucking scary ass shit.12?!

EF of 12? That's impossible. You'd be dead. I'm at 43 and it almost killed me! They can't tell you EF without an ECHO. Where did you get that number?Ejection fraction 12 in September

How’s this for you?EF of 12? That's impossible. You'd be dead. I'm at 43 and it almost killed me! They can't tell you EF without an ECHO. Where did you get that number?
Per my cardiologist, yes.You think OSA was a big contributor to your issues?
FUCK. Yea that’s a high stress job it fucking matters. That damn vaccine cost me 40% of my kidneys. Man you’ve been through it I’m just glad you’re still at it and fighting many wouldn’t. I’m so glad I got a CPAP in my 30s I think it will be a major help as I age. Fucking thing is I got it to help my Va disability I had no idea how seriously it would affect my life, dumb luck. I still weigh 250 down. From 330 but even that didn’t change how much I benefit from it and I thought for sure losing weight especially muscle would make it less necessary. No idea what my bmi was I was fatter than I shoulda been but you could still see my abs lightly so whatever that is but I’ll admit as much as I hated the cancer pulling the scale down I feel much better and I’m not tiny which I was sure I was gonna be a bean pole at 250 fucking BDDPer my cardiologist, yes.
OSA (mod/severe), HBP, BMI of 27-29 and I had Covid about 1.5 months prior, 3rd infection in 3 years. Cumulative viral infections vs. cumulative vaccinations, 5 jabs in 3 years? Now if I had been a heavy drinker (which I'm not) then I would have had all the risk factors.
My job stress as an acute RN in a level 1 trauma hospital likely played a roll. I also have a small PFO which I wasn't aware of prior to all this.
Holy Shit! God bless brother. Keep us posted. I'm very interested. How’s this for you?
