Took some time off. Lost my wife almost 5 years ago. Most light weights and cardio. Lost some muscle along the way but diet was in balance. Now started this set up

Feel good all at low does How much protein would be adequate to get in my system? At 175 right would you shoot for that? Will switch up dbol with anavar or turinobal after 6 weeks. Run 20 weeks taper off last 2 and pct after.
