I got back in the game after 4 years off, due to poor lifestyle and priority choices. It sure is good to be back. In 1 year I'm almost back to where I left off, the gains defiantly came quicker the second time around. So good luck man, and don't let your old numbers discourage you at first, like they did me

The blow up after a while off is always good. I have to take a few months off every year do to work. I think the hardest/worst part is going back to the gym. I feel embarrassed almost ashamed of how low my lifts have gone. I have to force myself to stay in the gym sometimes, when I am so pissed at myself I just want leave. But after a few weeks bam back in it and growing. Good luck bro
