Ok! This is how I s used to train all the time... Back and Bi's and Chest and Tri's... Now I am kinda at a sticking point where I feel My arms need individual attention! I'm not sure how everyone incorporates there arm training during the week...But I feel like If I do Back and Bi's and Chest/Tri and have an arm day i will be overtraining my arms because I already stress the shit out my arms when doing chest and Back as my secondary muscle..... How do you approach changing your arm work out and how do you work them, once a week or twice week? Let the discussion begin...
