Back Pain.. help PLEASE!!!

I prefer going to a good massage therapist than a chiropractor when I have back trouble. I've always had good results.

This is why I go to a chiro who is certified in ART. That way they can adjust the hard structure if necessary and treat the soft tissue. I dont like being touched very much unless its to fix something so I cant deal with hour long massage sessions.

Hey Mike.. whats up bro? Ya i hear ya on that one man. Its like all of sudden it happens and its like you cant stand up. I know when mine happened I almost fell to the ground and hit the floor. I think its a disk prob too. I have had similar stuff happen in the past... but never all of a sudden it happen and I cant move. Most of the time it would happen and I could barely feel it... then the next morning I couldnt move LOL. Anyways, my chiro had to resceduale me for next week... so oh well i guess he thinks its no big deal uh? LOL
