BACK PROBLEMS

I have a back issue for the second time this year. Mid to lower back. Can't sit, stand, or drive with out being in pain. I am being treated by a chiropractor, who is adjusting me, and working some locked up muscles. The pain goes right into my hip sometimes. Any supplements that would help heal this??? HGH , IGF, ect??? What about the positive effect of deca on joints?? The chiropractor thinks its a disk in my mid to lower back causing the muscle to lock up. Any help would be great.

more than likely a pinched nerve or bulding disk, you have to get that decompressed and relieve the pressure

I have the same issue but higher, C6, and it was in good shape for a few years, but recently injured again. Standing, sitting is constant pain. Numbness is fingers, it's horrible right now.

I've tried a chiropractor and went to him again yesterday, I get some relief but never in the actual area causing the pain.

Physical therapy worked well for me in the past.

I'v had a few people with similar problems say physical therapy to, may have to go that route. I have insurance so...

Before you go to someone who's going to want to cut on you, give ART a shot. I swear by it.

What is ART ? My kid is having low back pain- going for a MRI. Been bothering him for a couple of weeks.
