Back progress 1 year apart

I found this the other day. This was from last year leading up to the USA were i took 6th in the light heavy weight class.

Pic on the left is from 1 Year apart from the pic on the right. As you can tell big changes since using the JM principle of higher volume.

Now moving up to the heavies this year!! Ill post some pics soon

Hey man, as always nothing but respect for you bro, you look awesome massive difference in your back!! What was the main difference in the way you trained it?? Higher volume and more excercises? or a variation of excercises?

Yeah its a lot more volume than i was used to. Tons of different movements that ive never tried also
