All except the heavy bent over rows. I was definitely doing the heavy deadlifts and squats. I'm going to try and see if I can intentionally evoke a "back pump", maybe just burnout on heavy deadlifts and heavy bent over rows, YOLO!

It seemed to me to be a gradual buildup of fatigue in the lower back. After too many weeks in a row of doing those 3 lifts really heavy I would find that I had to start doing deadlifts every other week instead of each week. Sometimes only doing them once a month. Once I started that it got a lot better. Being on dbol seemed to make it really bad. When it was bad I would find that on leg day sometimes I would have to do leg press instead of squats because my low back was too sore. On back day maybe do machine rows instead of bentovers. Probably not a half bad idea anyhow.
So it might take you a month or so to get to the point where your lower back is basically overtrained. Take some dbol too!
