So I have tride up to 20g of Taurine a day split thru the day and it has not helped at all with back pumps just gave me Hershey Squirts.

Been reading that ZMA could help, any experience with this?

Read DHEA can help???

Foam rolling and stretching the QUADS has reduced this tremendously for me. I tend to getthe back pumps on leg days mostly.

Because l-taurine has helped people get rid back pumps while they are on 30-40mg of superdrol and that is one harsh mother...

Stretch! I used to get lower back pumps on leg day that would almost cripple me until I started stretching my lower back. Now I don't have the pump problem and my core is more stable, win win.

That Will do it Tren E and Anadrol:lightbulb: Tren E gave me the most ridiculous back pain-pumps the whole time I took it. As soon as I quit within about a week the pain went away.

I've noticed that when my estrogen gets too high I get crippling back pumps. Try and knock your estrogen down and let us know if that works.

Well surprisingly the ZMA worked. Did some heavy bet over rows with very little pumps.
I will definitely do some lower back stretching.

Do you stretch between sets?
