Back pumps

I'm on test tren right now and my back pumps are kicking my ass and my leg workouts are stalling because of this. I'm taking taurine but this is not helping. Any suggestions?

The same is happening to me. Seems the lower I keep my carb intake the better.

Yeah I'm eating close to 500 carbs per day.

10Grams of Taurine and increase your water intake! And hopefully you eat plenty of sodium and have plenty of potassium. I suffered from terrible back pumps for a long time until I got all these things in check.

How much sodium? I never eat salty foods while on because it makes me retain water like a mofo.
I eat 2 bananas a day while on Drol n drink 2 gal water a day those 2 combined work wonders for me.

It's from estrogen conversion. Same thing a girl gets while pms'ing. Learned that from a nurse. Take a little adex.

I always up my BCAAs if back pumps show their ugly face...

and I mean UP the MGs heavy!!!......like 10 to 20 Gs before training.
and 5 to 10Gs during.....I also drop some ibuprofen. 800mgs before.

just be sure to use a quality product, you will see the difference.

try it and see.

I used to get them and always just figured it was liver or kidney pain.
