I've never experienced "back pumps", but I've been using Epistane for about 3 wks now & over the last 5-6 days I've been having some crippling lower back pain! And I do mean crippling, to the point where it's limiting my range of motion, I can't sit or lie down in one position for too long, it wakes me up from sleep, and even with taking 6 aleve and 3 tylenols a day I get hardly any relief!!! It feels like severe pressure/tightness, with waves a spasms around the lower back-waist, basically the sacrum area. I can't recall hurting myself while lifting or at work. It just came on suddenly a few days ago. Could this be related to the Epistane? Anyone else experience this while on Epistane?
 
What brand of Epi are you taking? I've done one cycle of the SSL Labs Epi and it literally didn't do anything for me. Then I had a buddy run the same dosage and he had horrible pains in his sides. It could just be your brand of epi man.
 
My experience with back pumps is different. Didn't happen all the time -- just after exercises that hit the back.

Was taking test/deca/eq/masteron/gh, and took some cialis. Bad idea, at least for the workout. 5 sets of roman chair hyperextensions left me in a bad way. Hurt enough that I had to take a long break before doing the rest of the workout.

Your muscle spasms may or may not be a back pump.
 
Jug, I got the EXACT symptoms you described when I tried superdrol and again another time I ran an oral tren prosteroid. Never tried Epi but the experience sounds too similar to what I experienced to not be related. I also got the same feeling in the tibialis anterior (front of the calve) if I walked more than a half mile. It took about 4 days after I stopped taking them for it to go away. I think that's probably the only way you will find out for sure. Some people are just more sensative to certain compounds.
 
Try supplementing about 5,000mg of Taurine and 100mg of Potassium daily.
 
Dbol will do that too. I tried drinking lots of fluid to be sure I wasnt dehyrated and took extra potassium and got some relief but the pumps were still there. I think it may be electrolyte related.
 
I add taurine to the BCAAs during workout and when I'm done (and fed) I head straight into the bathroom and take an epsom salt bath with about 1.5 cups of salts. It relaxes that pump right away and the magnesium intake through your skin can straight knock you out. I buy the salts in bulk now from Costco.

Incidentally, this helps the skin deal with the excess oils from gear as well.
 
if your not gettin a back pump its because ur probably not hittin the right muscles,b your outta shape,or c well gettin better shape,as for the lower back pump i get it to ,yes it hurts but i think its cause i hurt it years ago,deadlifts and hyperextentions gets it goin so i do them at the end of my work out
