Was wondering if anyone had any suggestions about how to remedy back pumps/spasms. tried to hit legs this morning and my lower back go so pumped it was painful and had to cut my workout short.
Working my lower back w bw hypers prior to working out legs or backs helps me. Also wearing a belt during legs helps me a bit too. Gotta take is off at times and stretch though. Taurine, potassium, and never helped me a bit.
I've gotten it from injectables, but it is worse with orals. Taurine helps but it doesn't cure the problem. It can still be a miserable feeling. I personally prefer splitting the taurine dose throughout the day. I think it happens when you put on a lot of weight quick
