Dieting Prep log

So heres the deal, the wife and i had a baby boy on june 11th and i fell off the train a bit with my diet and training for a few months. Just kicking it back into full gear. Plan is to diet off some of this fat, then hit a 6 week lean gain phase and then assess where im at and decide if i wanna do the mike francois on may 9th or wait.

Pics in the posing trunks are the most recent, there a weeks diffrence in the pics. Ill probably post an updated pic every Sunday or monday if people are following along. as well as my diet and training

DIET

Meal 1
4 whole eggs
1.5 cups oatmeal
2 slices bread

Meal 2
6 oz chicken cooked
1.5 cups white rice

Meal 3
6oz Turkey
1.5 cups white rice

Meal 4
6oz Chicken
1.5 cups white rice

Meal 5
50 grams whey iso
1.5 cups oatmeal

Meal 6
8oz sirloin
large green salad w/ 1tbs evoo

Supplements
Digestive enzyme
5 grams EFA
5 grams creatine
2 grams vitamin C

GEAR(just started after week 1)
750 test E
50mgs tren ace day
1mg adex ed
40mcg clen

30 minutes cardio 5 days a week currently, LISS

Legs/hams/calves

back squats 15,12,12,10,10
leg press 15,15,12,12
walking lungesw/db 4 x 12-15 each leg
leg curl 4x 15 last set drop set
standing calf raise superset w/ single leg bw calf raise

upped cardio to daily at 30minutes winny was making me ill as hell so im dropping in place of 50mgs daily of Mean Greens Mast prop

weight in these is about 233

diet is still the same as the last edit to it, im making progress i think. i need to shave the legs lol

Nit sure if anyone is even following but im going to continue to update lol

Adding as little GH from mean greens, 2-3iu ed havent decided yet with ghrp-2 and cjc no dac @ 100 mcg a piece 3x a day, with huperzine -a and green tea extract. These will be in on the 1st of december.

Had a good workout last night, trained with a friend and i followed his Bench routine, he powerlifts, and then finished out with some volume for the rest of the workout.

Bench routine was
135 x 3
185x 3
225 x3
275 x 3
315 x 1
325 x 1
335 x 1
365 x 1 (im not a super strong person , dont jusge me lol)
then back the weight down and did
255 x 8 for three sets: pause reps; paused on upper sternum for 3 count then drive up.

Finished out with some incline bench, decline hammer and dip pushup superset. I was really sore today and i think its from the Bench workout.

As far as the diet goes it the same except i switched out from regular bread with meal 1 to ezekial bread

Thanks bro, just found out the may be bringing back the npc northern KY, if so ill be doing that in march along with the derby in april
 
Update.... Dropped another 2 lbs this week and my coach told me to have a cheat as we are pretty far out and he doesn't want me to lose too fast

I'm no freak but I'm working hard to get this fat off so we can make some good, clean gains after....230lbs in these

see a difference. youll look great when all diced up. MAybe was a bit too early to add clen but too late now. good luck will keep following

I was in the mid 250s in my avatar , def much fuller but I was holding a decent amount of fat though too. I was actually eating less carbs back then, probably about 250 grams ( I'm eating 350 now) but my fats were much higher. Probably 110-120 grams days.

Weight didn't change this week but I feel I lost some more fat, so we will see what this next week brings

Diet changes came through today, nothing drastic, was expecting them after not dropping weight.

Meal 1
4 whole eggs
2 slices ezekial bread
1.5 cups oats

Meal 2-5
6oz chicken
1 cup rice

meal 6
8oz chicken tbs evoo green salad

cardio increased 10 minutes to 40 minutes daily

so carbs went down about 45 grams and 10 minutes cardio added, nothing crazy but ill def see some changes from the drop
 
Nice progress brother. The ezekiel bread is a staple for me. I like it toasted. Keep up the hard work
