Nothing has really changed lately dieting wise... dropped out the winstrol bc i just cant handle that shit, nose bleeds, headache, appetite lose, not worth it in my opinion.
As far as cardio goes it still at 40 minuites but more intense. the 110-120 hr range wasnt getting it done for me. Barely breaking a sweat etc. so now my hr is in the 135 zone and its working great. 15 incline treadmill at 3-3.2 mph in pouring sweat 10 minutes in and also seeing more changes to my pyhsique and appetite
