Nothing has really changed lately dieting wise... dropped out the winstrol bc i just cant handle that shit, nose bleeds, headache, appetite lose, not worth it in my opinion.

As far as cardio goes it still at 40 minuites but more intense. the 110-120 hr range wasnt getting it done for me. Barely breaking a sweat etc. so now my hr is in the 135 zone and its working great. 15 incline treadmill at 3-3.2 mph in pouring sweat 10 minutes in and also seeing more changes to my pyhsique and appetite
 
Been working on my hand placement for my rear kat spread and I think this looks best for me, hands are a tad bit higher on waist

Well here is where I'm at 17 weeks out. Coach has cut out my clen till he feels neccesary , decreased my cardio to 30 minutes 3 x week and upped my calories

Current diet
M1:
4 free range eggs
1.5 cups oats
2 Tbs peanut butter
M2,M3,M4:
6oz chicken breast
1.5 cup oats
M5
50 grams whey ISO
1.5 cups oats
M6
8 oz sirloin
Spinach salad
Tbs evoo

Gear wise the tren and winny were dropped and running test and eq, adex and 3iu MG growth for the first 7 weeks

Well that's the way to do this. Small tweaks and adjustments are better. Makes much quicker to react if needed
 
so im 14 weeks out right now from first show of the year, havent been on stage since 2012....

weight is hovering around 232 morning.

can i please get a few critques, yes i know one pic is bare ass lol bare with me here haha

Doses are what i would consider low,

test cyp 500mgs
tren ace 400 mgs
at 6 weeks out ill add oral winny @ 50mgs day
at @ weeks out halo @20mgs
4iu gh pwo on workout days only - just started this 5 days ago
off days cjc no dac/ghrp-2 combo 100mcg/100mcg 3x daily- just started 5 days ago
6mgs aromasin 2 x daily
40 mcg clen will be added 8 weeks out probably

Training
high frequency/ high intensity
DC style but i organize it to where i have a day off before and after legs for recovery
