here is one of the exercises that I came up with to work the insertions of the lats and add some width and thickness overall. I call it a "One arm incline cable row" The first pic is the start position and the second the finish......nearly. The finish is with your arm nearly into your side. Have a try if you can get the setup right. My cable system is fully adjustable up and down, so it allows for some different angles. Enjoy!
