Bacterial overgrowth and gut distention

Do you guys also have oral thrush? Seems like Candida overgrowth is one of those overlooked issues a lot of people have

I did and took about 2 months worth of Fluconazole 200mg ED.

Oral thrush is still there and only difference I noticed is looser dumps lol.

Here is what i am going to try to see if i can get my guts back to where they are supposed to be. ANy thoughts or suggestions are always welcome.

(2) weeks of Rifaximin just to kill off any bad bacteria that is in me now
THen the following protocol every day from here on out: Allicin, bromelanin, L-Reuter.

Throw in s. Bouilardii and a good probiotic like Dr Ohira and you’ll be set. Oh….and like 30 grams glutamine daily to heal the intestinal lining

= time to recolonize. s boul like homeboy mentioned ( I am using it now and have used it plenty ) and find a brand on amazon with 50k+ reviews and 60billion strains, or you can try the one my friend recommended above typically I find merit in a product first when a solid bro is recommending it here. quite often

It is pricey. But it’s the only one I’ve ever actually FELT better after a week or two in after antibiotics. I have horrible ibs and it helped tremendously! I don’t even take it anymore, and I am still roughly 90 percent relieved of my ibs issues. And what’s left I can deal with

Funny this thread should pop up now, for the past almost two months or so I've had the worst chalky taste in my mouth and my stomach feels really off, like nausea but not quite, any time I eat something even sometimes when I don't.

I've trying adding and dropping everything and nothing has changed it

mine got so bad at times i would puke everymorning piles of foamy spit, that was H PYLORI, which led to gastritis, all of which was preceded by acid reflux THEN GERD. you guys need to take care of your shit my mom has diverticulitis that is the END results and OR GOD FORBID CHRONS, you do not want that!!!!!!!! please my brothers address and conquer these issues asap i care about you all but this is not child play, a close bodybuilding mentor homey of mine from back in the day died of chrons

this bodybuilding lifestyle only as of recent are we realizing how paramount gi flora and fermented foods are!!!! ulcers also SUCK!

This is where I have been at for a long while, the distention. Lack of appetite comes and goes, been lacking for the last few weeks. Try different things but nothing worth writing about. Waiting on a referral from Insurance to see GI specialist.

Have you ever used BPC 157 for ulcers? I was using some from Blue Sky but pretty sure it was bunk... Sucks how hard it is to find good peptides/research chems now a days

spore supposed to be better for sibo etc but also these bacteria never leave your system after so i have read that can pose some future immune system probs???

I took a lot of Primal Defense (Garden of Life product), and it was only beneficial to my gut. It has been years since I last used it, I have never experienced any digestive issues related to it. And I really did take a lot of it, no harm done.
