Hey all. Do any of you get really bad body acne on TRT? I began TRT February or 2011. The body acne did not kick in until late last winter, sometime between Dec '11 - Feb '12.
I am thinking it is not from the TRT dosing but from my cycling up on UGL Test E 500-750mg/week twice during that long period of mostly TRT dosing? I use script Test C for TRT. My DHT numbers are always good when I test out for TRT every 3-6 months but that is probably decieving numerically due to the problem possibley stemming from the quality of UGL and higher dosing of which I am obviously off of 3-4 weeks prior to testing TRT levels!
I also have/had Stage I Liver Disease & Fibrosis of unknown etiology, not caused by meds, alcohol or any type of Hepatitis. Now controlled hollistically with Dr Wong's Zymessence systemic enzymes. But when the liver was not functioning properly as a filter, they say the acne was due to the skin attempting to compensate for disposal of bodily toxins.
Now the acnes is much less extensive and not the burning painful kind back when the liver was off. But I still get a bothersome amount. And the old acne scarring is atrocious!
Any experience such things, have advice, etc? Do I run a DHT blocker on cycle (natural vs drug). I know that drugs like Propecia have their own set of random ass side effects. And I know that some DHT is beneficial.
