Bad indigestion from protien shakes....any ideas?

Synthepure and digestive enzymes... bromelain should be the best for you.

I second this. Don't go for the cheapest ones. I would do a bit of research to find quality ones.

I know I personally only want probiotics that have to be refrigerated and that are shipped cold.

So I dropped the shakes and added 2 meals consisting of 8 oz chicken and rice with green beans. Im pretty full all day but I need to get used to the increased food intake any way to get more mass.

Ive been having 1 cup pineapple with bcaas ore and post workout as well. Indigestion is gone.
