Bad Quad injection?

I hit my right quad on monday night. I hit it a bit low i think (towards the knee). Had some pain after injection but not too bad. Was 2ml inj. tuesday the area around injection was pretty sore. Last night my calf on the same leg became sore (feels like I pulled a muscle) I guess it is possible I pulled a muscle from limping, but my quad still hurts like hell.

Any thoughts on what is causing this pain and how long this is going to last?

BTW Advil helps the pain but this is a bitch.

What did you inject??

I've had a couple painfull injection that were in the same spot as normal but they just ended up hurting like hell , I think it might have to do with how close you inject to a nerve or if the injection was cold making it thick and not allowing to spread out

Denkall Test 400, It was warm but it is still a thick shot. I think 2ml was just too much. I have another inj today I think I'm going to go delt. If I have two bad legs I'll not be able to walk.
