Big boy, but I disagree with YOU CAN'T EAT CLEAN AND GET BIG, and you don't have to squat, bench, rack deadlifts, hammers, shrugs as your main excersises. They may have worked for you but saying you MUST do them is false. Examples, flex lewis and Jordan Peters rarely if ever squat and both guys have huge legs.

B-Boy I am not a pro like you or your size. But I do think that these exercises are a must when you first start out lifting to form a base. Other wise the pros that you see that do not form a base foundation do not have that dense muscle look as someone who did.

Also you can tell when a pro started straight to drugs at a young age without putting in about 5 yrs of training drug free before starting supps. When they come off they do not hold a shape or any type of build. Look at Dorian yates and compare him to Ronnie Coleman. Look at Arnold S look at Rich Gaspari all those guys still look great and no longer competing.
