20 sets of squats after deadlifts is crazy. you're in some damn good shape to be hitting that kind of volume at your size.

Train 3x week...powerlifting with off days of shruggs/hammers/bent laterals

Add some taco hell to that and that's my diet for the last two weeks.
 
wheels are good...switched into powerlifting to break past the 300lb mark
did 20 sets of all squats today and after deadlifts!!!

what about reps and weight used? I mean 20 sets of squats are no joke at any weight/rep scheme especially after deadlift :eek: just wondering what weight are you using and how many reps doing with these 20 sets

DIET AND DOSES
protein/carb meals: 350 400g Shrimp, tuna w/grapes, McDonald double cheeseburgers. Carbs: 600g pancakes, pasta, sweet potatoes
Doses: basic test and high...no HGH

Must do squats, bench, rack deadlifts, hammers, shruggs as your main exercises

You are doing the most basic things and looking at your size - it definitely works! After reading your posts I remember the things I did 6-7 years ago and funny thing is that I was my biggest when I put least amount of time/effort/money into bodybuilding lol I did basic high test maybe some deca/eq/dbol cycles, ate whole foods I was building my business/house so did not have time to go to the gym every day and trained in my basement gym with the very very basic routine:
Monday - 10 sets of 10 reps flat, incline and decline presses, 10x10 overhead barbell press
Wednesday - 10 sets of 10 pullups and 10x10 barbell rows
Friday - 10 sets of 10 reps squats and 10 sets of stiff legged deadlift
about 1-2 times a month I did arms on Sat or Sun very quick supersetted workout 10 sets of barbell curls with 10 sets of OH barbell extensions or 10 sets of close grip underhand pullups with 10 sets of dips
I was 270-275 with abs at 22 years old, no hgh, no slin, no peptides, no AIs just test 750-1000mg /week and 1-2cc deca of eq from time to time

mon- squat/deadlift
squat--135-20r
225-extreme fast as many as I can burn out
315-10r
405-10 sets of 2 reps
475- 4 sets of 2 reps
225- extreme fast as many as I can burn out
185-" "
135-" "
then Deadlift
135- 15r
225- 10r
405- 5 sets of 2 reps
500- 2 sets of 1 rep
225- burn out
I don't believe in going crazy heavy....form is key

I like the quote about not being able to get big eating clean. I have always made my best gains eating dirty but it comes with a lot of fat.

Do you do anything to control fat gain or minimize it while growing or just say fuck it and wait until a cut to strip it off?

Kinglewy I hate being a bloated fat pig! I keep my waist in check around 34. If I see that my cargo shorts get tight around my waist its a signal to me.
If this happens I throw my waist trimmer belt on( pick up at Walmart) up my coffee intake and do cardio in morn.

A hammer is a dumbbell curl but imagine using a hammer to pound in a nail.
I take this to the middle of my chin..most guys take up to shoulder.
As per workout here you go:

Mon..squat/deadlifts
Tue...shruggs/bent lateral/hammer
Wed..bench/bicep...bench press, hammer press and pec fly
...ez curl standing and cable curl
Thur...repeat tue
Fri...back/tri....front pull down, bbl row, dbl row
....tri push down, lying tri ext dbl kickback

Sat....if I'm up to it hacks and leg ext
