that s what i ve heard....i ll try it and get tested see if its true, or at least if there s any change in my results

I know for myself ACV helps my acid reflux while most times baking soda does absolutely nothing.

Yeah, I use both, but the ACV is the only one that's worked consistently.

Acv has a ton of benefits. I use it mainly for lowering blood glucose.

so how acidic and how bad are these hot sauces i.e. Franks;s red hot,tabasco etc. , they have acidic ingredients even sugar free,asking as I use way too much of these

No matter....as I am definitely not giving up any of my hot sauces. Its not just sauces either.....I can sit and snack on most peppers day in and day out.

That sounds awesome! I Will have to look for that as I do like a piece of very dark (90%+) chocolate every so often.
