It sounds like this Novitsky guy blew the investigation in favor of media coverage for a book deal rather than doing a full sting. If I were White, I'd be pretty damn bitter and calling for an investigation of Novitsky for conflict of interest. Sounds like he's working for himself. After all, in terms of money laundering, this case was apparently small beans. It just got alot of attention because of Novitsky. Otherwise, the search of Conte's office would have gone unnoticed in a real effort to clean up professional sports instead of making national headlines for Ashcroft's ego.

If that article resembles anything close to what transpired.....legally the Conte lawyers should blow the fuck out of the goverments case. The way it happened may be like a Delorean case....entrapment..no evidence of anything but a retarded IRS agents hard on for in shape athletes. A investigation can start on that? We are in real trouble if this is the case now....Im very famiilar with legal issues pertaining to this at the federal level..and any high end criminal defense lawyer may have a field day with this.

And to think we have terrorists all over this country plotting to blow shit up, kill innocents and these ass clowns are spending hundreds of thousands of our tax dollars to prosecute this crap....we need a revolution soon.
