I was told I need to take them out of my contest diet. Are they seriously gonna cause that much of a problem for someone on AAS?
Fruit in general I always cut out of my pre contest diet.
Is this because you cut out all carbs or do you just cut fruit?

If you're dieting, you can CERTAINLY have a banana in the morning as well as post-workout. Anyone who tells you otherwise is a fool. Reducing carbs below 70-100g per day is a bad idea, in my opinion.
