Training with limited equipment presents some challenges and for me, particularly with hamstrings. SLDL isn’t cutting it for ham development for me and I want to add a lying leg curl. I think bands would suffice but they’re something I never used.
Can you guys recommend a brand or or particular set up that would be a solid buy?
