Banged up shoulder repair

My right shoulder has been bothering me for years , generally I can work around it after getting a cortisone injection and I'm good for another year or so before I something that pisses it off.
Well this last year it's been a complete asshole and the cortisone shot I got back in May didn't do much of anything so the orthopedic ordered an MRI.
Here are the cliff notes
Impressions:
1) postoperative shoulder surgical changes through the acromioclavicular joint.
2) supraspinatus tendonitis with partial low grade articular surface tear.
3) Infraspinatus tendonitis with partial low grade articular surface tear with delaminating component.
4) Subscapularis tendonitis with partial low grade articular surface and intrasustance tearing of proximal fibers.
5) Superior glenoid labral tear
6) Biceps tendonitis with longitudinal split and tenosynovitis

So he said that there are a couple things that "might" help surgicaly but they might not and could increase pain.
So I'm gonna try to see if there is anything I can do to help it heal.
I'm thinking that increase my HGH to 4iu a day and adding in a regiment of peptides would help , BCP-157 / TB-500 specifically.
Does anyone have any other suggestions on what could be added to help healing and or reduce inflation.??

Honestly not really
I really wanted to say in general - we need to take care of health issues asap

If not they are not so easy to fix and then we are permanent jacked up

Also not sure where you live , some states like California the doctor's here get a lot of experience because of the sheer number of patients

But I'd get second opinion and find the oldest doctor you can and evaluate ...

Any doc telling me maybe this and that , might be truly honest or lack the background for that particular surgery

My boy had shoulder surgery and he took one vial HGH a day ,10i.u. 10 days

I guess you can go ahead and tear your teres minor so you can have every tendon of your rotator cuff jacked up.....dang man.

Cortisone shots were a terrible idea, it stops collagen synthesis which leads to tendon tissue deterioration/rupture.. It just masks pain & you end up worse off due to the lack of pain (overuse). Anyway, hindsight.......

HGH, bpc157 & tb500 are probably the best route. The is a thread on here about a guy doing platelet-rich plasma (PRP), might research that a bit. Another thread on here (or maybe the same?) a guy researched tb500 solo with success. (I'll link later since I'm in bed)...

A 2nd opinion would be a waste of time and money... you'll be told the same thing.

If you haven't used those peptides/GH before you can give them a try. They helped reduce inflammation and discomfort when i used them. And everything returned once i discontinued use. But did nothing to heal the actual tears themselves. But perhaps mine were just torn to much.
