Does this amount bloat you? Creatine makes me look terrible.

Not in the face or hands or ankles if that’s what you’re referring to, but the pumps are great. I mix 10 grams woth my karboload, eaas, sea salt, and glycerol in a lot of water and drink before during and post.

I make my own ZMA. 30-50mg Zinc Picolinate(Thorne), 300-400mg Magnesium Glycinate or 144mg Magensium L threonate and I leave out the B-6 at that moment. I take B-right earlier in the day. These are superior forms than what is patented in ZMA's which is an obsolete formulation in my opinion.

According to Andrew Huberman, Apigenin @200mg and L-Theanine at 200-400mg is amazing paired with the Threonate. This is something I am trying - as I always have about 200-400mg Apigenin from A-bolic and I just ordered L-Theanine from Jarrow and Doctor's Best.

How do you feel the berberine affects growth, if at all?

None for me. 1g a day before bed. Not noticeable at all.
Was a big metformin person before that but honestly felt like i had some "slow" offseasons with met in the mix.
Took it out and had much better years. Not trying to point it allll onto Met, but i do think i was dosing too high (maybe 1.5g) and it wasnt beneficial, at least for me.

I really like the Nature Made B-Complex, except for the powdery belches that sometimes plague me for an hour or so after injesting.

Glad to see Nutricost mentioned. I always price out supplements by cost per ounce on Amazon and their prices seem to be routinely pretty great.

I’m surprised they don’t bring up the fact that Apigenin has poor bioavailability. I would make sure it was paired with bioperine.

I should mention a product I recently used that could be useful for some on here. If you are after something that covers some of the basics such as vitamin d3 and zinc this product contains some very useful ingredients especially if your immunity is a concern...
