Battle at the River in Chattanooga. YES I will be in the Open Light-Heavies more than likely. Weighed 186.4 about 2 hours ago. It's a good show, last year Branch guestposed looked GREAT he was just 2 weeks post NY Pro win This year Phil Heath is guestposing. I am not sure but Peter and Jessica Putnam live in Knoxville and they usually make all the TN shows. I won the Open Welters at this same show last year. I am a little nervous going up 2 weight classes in one year, BUT I should have been a middle last year....

I went back and looked last year at the lineup and the Middlles had 8 competitors. There were only 4 LHW's so that is making me feel a little better about being on the lower end, but you got to start somewhere!

I weighed 118 yesterday, so I'll make the light weight women's division. I'm crossing over to Masters as well.

I weighed 118 yesterday, so I'll make the light weight women's division. I'm crossing over to Masters as well.

I did it last year and won the junior middles and overall but Im not doing the show this year.I will be there as my friend is the one who puts the show on and he is having problems with Phil Heath by the way.

The last time I talked to my friend he said Phil emailed him and said he had another spot that day with better pay and he wasnt going to pose at his show.Well my friend was pissed because he had already made the deal with him.I will find out this weekend if they got things worked out.He didnt think it was right Phil was dropping him so he could get something better after he already agreed to pose and agreed to a certain price.

Well I'm from Chattanooga but I live about 5 hours away, assuming I drive at 370 mph at 30,000 feet none stop...LOL
