BBbullDOG....It takes some guts to post pics.

I think your calves and biceps are particular strengths in your case! Those calves are thick looking! It will be exciting to see what you and Phil can put together. When is your show?
 
Got a little cubby there offseason huh BBB lol. jk bro, lookin good. I can tell your gonna look great when ur dieted down. Weak points look like chest and bodyfat levels. Calves look awesome. Quads look very good too. You better keep us posted with progress pix. You pick out a show yet?
 
I would agree with Phil on his earlier statements about your bf %. Defintely around 18%. Back looks pretty good in the read double bi, legs look thick, it will be cool to see how you progress during the process. Good luck in your prep.

Good points JBK. TPFU, I would not like to see people say something negative, then say, " just kidding". BBB is looking for honesty. I will be honest.
1. Get leaner, we have no idea what is under there.
2. Somehow, work on back width.
3. Get a bigger chest in comparison with pother bodyparts
4. Bigger hamstrings to match quads.
5. Gain about 40 pounds of muscle, to compete at national level.
6. More rest, less stress
7. Mkae sure macronutrient ratios are in order.
These are our goals for BBB this year.
 
40lbs...yikes. That's alot of meat...get your fork and knife ready! Hammies were defintely lacking, nothing some heavy stiff leggeds won't cure, I was pleasantly surprised by the decent amount of detail in the rear double bi, get those lats to flare out with some more lbm and that'll be a nice pose for you. You got Phil on your side, I can tell you from first hand experience, if you follow him, you'll get to where you want to be.

I'll post some pics in a couple weeks when I get back from Mexico, that way I'll have a nice tan and will look like more than a blur and some stretch marks, you can see what Phil has done to me, he told me to close my eyes, I won't feel a thing and it will only take a minute....I'm still waiting.

We have very similar builds I also need to add width to back - it's thick, but lacking in width. We also have similar ab/mid section - seems very long in relation to rest of body. Keep us posted on progress.

I don't think you're 18% - probably closer to 12%. The lighting really wasn't that good in these photos plus being such a "whitey" :eek:

If he was 12%, he could lose 20 pounds and be ready for a show? I am thinking more like 30-40 pounds.
 
I think phil is right on the money with his critique. He might not be 18 but its pretty damn close 17 - 18.

The challenge has been put forth BBB - Your pics are up and with Phil in your corner i think everyone expects to see you at your all time best in no time.

Well i just got reading everyones comments and thank you tooo everyone..i hav yet to see the pics to be honest ..sounds like chins adn stiff legged are on my list of "to do" for the next 8-9 months...i know i will drop the bodyfat and bring lagging body parts ups and feel i can gain alot of weight in the right areas..

We will keep ya all posted on results as they come available..thanks again to everyone...especially Phil ...Sit back and watch what we create
 
i don't remember smiling in all those shots and what a big head i have..wow.. I look fatter then i really thought...muscle is a must and fat loss is a must.. man i am going to have my work cut out for me to be where i want...see you all real soon
 
i thought you had stated you were 8-9%bf but i must be wrong...maybe you were talking when you used to compete? diet is the most important aspect of bb (trust me i know...mine sucks!) depending on your goals it shouldnt take much to accomplish your show, like phil said 30-40 pounds. good luck and maybe we can compare fat rolls someday!LOL

BBB- you know what you need to do and you invested in the right person to dial you in- I believe you should be fine- just take it slow and lose fat slowly so you dont lose all your muscle and I feel you should dial it in- good luck and keep us all updated-

I had mine done with a fat caliber...hydrostatic is the way to go and much more accurate..Phil says i am 17-18% and it is his buisness to know ..

so i am 5ft 6in at 218 right now at 18%...goal is too gain about 20-30lbs over the next 32 weeks..
