This fucking subject again...LOL 2 options, both work just fine.
1. Take EAAS intra workout
2. Eat a large steak or whole eggs in the meal before your training, take BCAA''s intra workout.
As much as people would like for it to be, bodybuilding is not a complex thing, it is actually very simplistic.
In the above two options I used intra workout as an example as that what the majority of people use amino's for.
Now taking bcaa's intra workout after fasting 12 hours...not a smart idea;-)
