I have only used Scivation's Xtend and it disolves well. There might be some "grit" left behind, but just let it sit for a minute then shake it again.

TrueProtein powdered BCAAs. 10-15gs in a liter of water with morning cardio..
Also use LBAs + 10-15g BCAAs in pre/post workout shakes...

So you just take the powder BCAA 1x and then the LBA 1x?

I didn't read it right. So the TP bcaa is 454 grams, I'm assuming that a 10g scoop is 10g of bcaa, is this a fair assumption?
