I agree with the guys who use isolate. I drink isopure at half strength through my workout and maintain great pumps throughout. Per serving it's cheaper than bcaa supps.
I agree with some of you. I think if you are eating enough protein you do not need extra BCAAs. EAAs during training. AND, most of you are using PEDs so save your money. I used creatine and other stuff for years and haven't used them in about 6 months and no difference at all and I'm PED free.
I've tried BCAA's and PeptoPro....noticed nothing from either. If I'm not going to notice a supplement I don't see the point so I'd rather not waste the money.
I really haven't come across a single supplement that helps muscle gains in any noticeable way to be honest. Even some like creatine may have a lot of scientific support but apparently I'm a non-responder, no difference on or off.
