Are they necessary?

Of course shakes contain BCAA but you have to weight for the shake to be digested before they get into the blood stream and start repairing... do you want that gap in time?

i actually just read aa great article in 9 believe muscular develop ments most recent issue and it was sayin howso many grams of bcaas which i forget are better for recovery purposes than whey in any of its forms. But i do remember the amount of grtamsa of bcaas was not asll that high to which the study showed was better than 30g whey

I have recently begun using BCAAs and I feel great. I use a serving a half hour preworkout, and a serving mixed with my water that I drink while I train. My recovery has been great since I started.

20g BCAAs (true protein instantized)

works good for intra-workout drink.

Where is a good place to get BCAA's in bulk. I know that Nutraplanet has it but any other sites?
