For me to give you an accurate hypothesis I would have to see your legs as well as your complete backside. Without that I will give you an uneducated guess of first picture 42% second picture 28%.
well the good part is that your legs seem to be ahead of your upper body...which may make your bf a little lower then you appear by just the upper body...keep working bro..its falling off you nicely...and if you feel like progress is slowing try and build a little mass and the extra muscle should help you kick off more fat loss
You lost weight, but your bodyfat % is still very high, above 20. You won't start to see much progress until you get into the mid teens and below, in terms of bodyfat, but the way your clothes fit, gym belt, etc is a good indication of how much fat you lose until then. Good job! Keep it up.
thanks dude... im not really worried about bf too much... im hoping to see at least an ab outline by may/june.... i shattered my hand and fractured a vertibrate in my back playing college ball last year and gained a lot of weight /lost a lot of muscle from being immobile... looking to get back in shape finally haha
