That's my initial before starting. I started Test Cyp the day after blood draw. I switched from aromasin pharma grade to DQ aromasin.. this is gonna be interesting.
I'm on 400 test Cyp and 300 NPP
This will be increased, I'm a fan of low doses until I see no progression then slowly increase.
Diet is in check. Calories are high

today I'm at a show with a friend coaching her through her show and providing emotional support. She's doing figure so I'll be there all day.

I went to planet fitness yesterday for chest/shoulder and triceps.
Pump - unbelievable
Weights highlights - I threw up the 120s for 12 reps like baby weights, too bad they don't go higher
Cardio- 40 min on bike
Gear- I pin NPP M,W,F and Cyp M and Friday
Supplements I brought on the trip- NAC, TUDCA, DQ proviron and my Bayer aspirin and my Bronkaid
I been utilizing ephedrine in my protocol for energy and whatever edge of leanness I can get out of it. Dosing it at 50-75mg 2-3 pills a day, and it's been working great View attachment 91842

No That's why I have the Tbol on hold until my next blood work. I knew my values going to be sky high.
Update:
Leg day:
Started with leg curls to warm up my legs. I always start with these cause I have bad knees
2nd Hack squats; I went deep; 3 plates on each side; nothing impressive
3rd squats 3 plates on each side last set of 6 reps. My legs were so pumped; I couldn't go below parallel
4th stiff leg dead lifts
5th reverse leg curls
And started with 2 exercises for calves. I always start with calves or else I won't do them
Cardio: 40 min treadmill
Diet: back down to 2300cal.
Going to Hawaii next week and I can't have a distended belly on the beach
Pin day: went in like butter; no PIP. my balls have been hurtin after orgasms recently.. they're finally dropping., it hurts like that blue balls feeling
I had the worst back pumps and sciatica during my last 2 exercises but I sucked it up
so far I'm enjoying this cycle, I'm a believer so far in this gear.. one of the best I've ran. Never really felt like I'm on "test"

I been doing more exercises, 3 sets; I only take the last most heavy one to failure.
My back was pumped; it was ridiculous
The carbs and the NPP are a great combination.
People at the gym complimenting on size.
Certain lifts are going up. I feel like a beast

NPP 300
I'm out of state so I didn't take the NPP, I'm pinned Sunday before I left and back on Friday; I'll pin again.
Not missin a gym session. however I'm gonna enjoy my food then back at it 100% with a bulk calories and macros

Were you on any other Fat burners besides ephedrine when getting your blood work done? Reason I ask is your TSH & T3 uptake levels.
