becoming hypo from the same novorapid protocol I used before

I became hypo from novorapid 2 days ago
I used the same protocol many times before with a higher dosage with no problem 10 iu

the protocol goes like this

get home from the gym
1. 50 grams of carbohydrates from cornflakes (crushed), 50 grams of glucose powder, 2 scoops of why protein, glutamin, BCAA, creatien, 10 IU novorapid.

2. 30-40 minutes later same thing.

3. 1 hour and 30 minutes later a big meal.

never had a problem
but this time I was dehydrated just came off metformin the day before and only used 7 IU but I didn't reduce the carbohydrates I still kept it at 100 grams
about 30 minutes after my second shake I felt my leg muscle twitching so I check my blood sugar and its 56
I immediately drink a glass full of glucose mixed with water and it was stuck in my upper stomach it wasn't digesting it was so uncomfortable
after a few minutes when I started to feel better I went to the bathroom and I was shitting black stool
on my way out I puked a little in the sink
and than I was shitting water all night I lost 2 kilos the next morning

what is going on?
I am not drinking enough water like I am supposed to at work and I was on metformin and I was drinking a lot of coffee

has anybody ever experienced this?

my stool is not black anymore and I stopped the metformin and I am drinking water I will start next time with 4 IU but I am still afraid it will happen again
 
I always read on steroid fourm the IU/carb ratio is 1/10



For most people, insulin sensitivity tends to be a bit lower in the morning than later in the day. For example, I require a 1:10 ratio at breakfast, 1:12 at lunch, and 1:15 at dinner and in the evening. But if I exercise after dinner, my I:C ratio drops to 1:25.

(I am always going to start with baby doses)

I am going to have to drop the dose
don't want to feel hypo again it's scary....I live alone
and I need to buy alot of strips which is expensive
 
Everybodies different and the body responds different with every run. I know everyone preaches the 10g of carbs to 1iu of slin but every time I do that I get fat I've never had to go over 5g to 1iu as long as I'm eating every 2-3 hrs I'm fine. The amount of carbs listed should easily cover the amount of slin you are using but you may just be extra sensitive. When is the last time you ran slin and have you ran any other supplements such as DNP that will make you more sensitive?

I ran it on cycle with sustanon and tren A and t3 and growth hormone 12iu 3 times a week
my bodyfat is high maybe 16%
But I am getting stronger without adding Bodyweight
I think it actually lowered my bodyfat

This time I am running it post cycle
I want to see if it's going to help me stay off of steroids and growth for a couple of months
but I am planing to stay on the T3
I cycled the insulin for 3 weeks on than 3 weeks off
before I started post cycle my fasting blood sugar was 65
 
I am also planing to secretly inject 1ml sustanon a week but I don't want to get flamed
 
I figured out what's going on
I did the protocol wrong because I forgot
today I took 3iu intra muscular and after the second shake my blood sugar started to climb down after 1 hour
I am supposed to eat a meal in less than 1 hour after the second shake
Than I can eat a small meal an hour and 30 minutes later just incase if there is anymore insulin floating around in my system
 
My blood sugar is now 134
The meal pushed shake number 1 and 2 in to my intestines....
