Assuming that my daily fat intake is fairly low and I can afford to add a little bit more, I like to go for 2 tbs of almond butter, 1 egg, and 3 whites right before bed. The fat will digest slowly as well, keeping your body in an anabolic state throughout the night. These guys have some great suggestions as well!
