I guess different sources of proteins have different amino acid profiles.
Like whole eggs have a complet profile of all 21, beef being 18, chicken being 17 fish having 14. I'm pulling those off the top of my head ...
The body can rob and stell and borrow from here and there to complete incomplete protein sources,however it seems to be happy at building muscle if you provide all the amino,s at every meal.
Paul Boresen always uesd to tell me to eat at least 2 sources of protein at every meal so you complement one or the other.
That 's why this "liquid beef" is so interesting. You essentially can complement any of your proteins with a piece of lean steak...well theoretically anyways.
