Been back in gym 3 weeks now...

I think Im around 250lbs. Probably a lil under. 6' tall. Anyway training been very inconsistent for past year . Finally got in there 3 consecutive weeks. I started a pretty good bulker but bp got a lil out of hand so ive dropped it back to 250mgs of cyp, probably go up to 500mg in a couple weeks. Think the combo of the anadrol and gaining weight to fast was the problem.....Id show u my legs ,but i dont have any.lol

ill be the first to reply- you look good bro- def could see your tall- good v taper- could use more size on the arms and more thickness to the back- you got a beach body-def lean in the offseason- if you put on some quality muscle with that frame you can really look good and do well and dont get fat doing it!overall good job and good luck on some gaining some more size-also good to see that not everybody and their grandma are doing 2+ gram cycles

Yeah I dont really like training arms and could probably count the times i have trained bis on both hands in the past year. 3 weeks in a row tho is like a record for me.lol Back has always lagged too. Im hoping it comes up with some consistent training. I refuse to do deads tho. Just hate em. I just wanna look good and be healthy now. So bloating up to 260lbs probably isnt likely. Looking for nice slow steady gains with minimal amount of weight fluctuation. If i add anything to my 250 to 500mgs of test it will be anavar and masteron and proviron. No more dbol and androl.
 
You look good need to start squating to bring your legs back as I recall back in the day you had some dam nice wheels :)

Benched 295 for 10 today and now my shoulders are killing me. I dont ever remember feeling like this when i used to lift consistently. Muscle endurance is finally coming back tho, so im able to lift heavy on shoulders after my chest. Just doing one pressing excersize for shoulders tho with some front laterals with the bar just to burn em out.
