Hmmm, Ive never used an AI so I cant comment as to its effects on me, but it sounds like your saying my sore joints/injuries issue could be from to high or to low of Estrogen level. I guess you cant tell for sure except for getting bloodwork done?

Im definitely feeling better from not being on Test for 3 weeks now and over a week since stopping the Clomid.

Thinking when I start using TRT again that I will do the HCG 250mg twice per week and see how I feel...or maybe just do it some weeks on and some off.

I have a love/hate relationship with hCG. It makes my TRT regimen hard to manage due to inconsistent E2 issues but I have better libido and feel better with some in my system.

500mg of HCG twice weekly fixed this issue for me. But it also fucks with my estrogen and seems to causes acne so I've ditched it for now. Smaller balls don't bother me one bit.

I am a big believer in hCG during HRT. It helps regulate hormones and luteinizing hormone which is important not just for the testicles but for the brain as well. 250iu 3x/wk

I’ve been on AAS and HRT for around 12yrs now. Nuts are about 30% what they naturally were. I’ve used 250-500iu hcg 2x/week since I first started. Recently I tried blasting it 1000iu 2x/wk. Then I tried 2500iu. No changes whatsoever and the hCG is from the pharmacy. Nothing else had changed. I look and feel the same but the balls will never come back. Doesn’t bother me though as Im married with kids LOL
