Been on TRT for 8 years and starting to have problems with NUTS.

So, over the past 8 years until the past year or so I only had to use Clomid maybe once a year to bring my nuts back to full size when they would shrink and I would start shooting almost blanks/hardly any Semen.

Now, Ive had to use it 3 times in the past year and now I'm about to start for the 4th time because my nuts are starting to fire almost next to nothing again with shrinkage..so I think my body is starting to require maintenance doses of Clomid or HCG both it seems.

Do I need to use Clomid or HCG..or both together on a regular basis now?..What kind of protocol should I start following.

My TRT dose varies from 100-150mg per week Test C.
 
If I'm reading your post cor.rectly you've only been using Clomid as an adjunct to your trt regimen? You should be using hcg... how much Clomid are you using?

If so then I would try and get over that. Because you don't want to have to keep running hcg or clomid for the duration of your TRT.

Unless you are wanting it for fertility purposes, because you want to have a child. In which case I would lower TRT to 75-100mg/week and blast the hell out of HMG and leave out the clomid.

Yes only been using Clomid and will start at 50mg and go to 100mg within 5days and use only for around 10-14 days straight at most..when I have needed it..more so here in past year(4 times) than ever before.

Well, not so much for testicle size, but because I can tell when my balls are starting to give up when I wait to have sex for 3 days and then start shooting close to blanks compared to a lot normally...Im quite sexually active so I can tell when things are starting to lose there volume down there.
 
Bro...this is my first post on PM...and what a fuckin weird one but here goes. Semen (the fluid part of jizz) is not made in your balls. Only about 5% of the volume is sperm...which is made in the testes. Most of it comes from the seminal vesicle and prostate. And alot of it is water...so maybe you're severely dehydrated. I'm not trying to freak you out, but just saying if you're worried, maybe you might wanna see a doctor.

The pH of semen is commonly measured between 7.2 and 8.5 (slightly basic).1 For comparison, this pH range overlaps greatly with that of seawater (7.5 - 8.4). Semen also has a high buffering capacity; it is capable of rendering the environment of the vagina (which is normally slightly acidic) neutral shortly after ejaculation.1,5

*Note that a pink hue may indicate the presence of blood in a man’s semen – a condition known as hematospermia. While often not a serious medical problem, it may merit a doctor’s attention for men over 40 or if the problem persists.6

Men who have undergone a vasectomy or otherwise sterile men thus have no noticeable differences in the consistency, look, feel, or taste of their semen. Approximately 30% of the volume of seminal fluid comes from the prostate, which produces an alkaline (basic) fluid to neutralize the low (acidic) pH of the vagina. Approximately 70% of the ejaculate comes from the seminal vesicles, which provides fructose (a sugar also found naturally in fruits) and other nutrients for the sperm cells.8

What Happens during Ejaculation?

During a male’s orgasm, two sphincter muscles operate to block off the bladder from the urethra while opening the urethra to the passage of semen. Smooth muscle cells in the walls of the epididymis and vas deferens push sperm through the vas deferens into the urethra, while the prostate, seminal vesicle, and bulbourethral glands also release fluids into the urethra. The resulting mixture of semen is then expelled through the length of the penis and out the tip by the rhythmic contractions of the bulbospongiosus muscle.

When the sphincter muscles do not contract and relax in the correct manner, retrograde ejaculation may occur, whereby semen may enter the male’s bladder. Men who do not consistently release ejaculatory fluid during orgasm may be suffering from retrograde ejaculation and should see a doctor.9

Male ejaculation may occur during partnered sexual activity, masturbation, or even during sleep. Because it is mediated by nerves low in the spinal column, ejaculation may occur before a man wants it to and may still be possible for men with certain types of spinal cord injuries.10

How Much is Ejaculated?

The volume of semen that is expelled during ejaculation can vary widely between men and between individual ejaculates. A 1975 study of 1,300 fertile men aged 23 to 64 found that ejaculates varied between 0.1 and 11 ml, with one standard deviation (~68%) of ejaculates falling between 1.8 and 4.6 ml. For reference, that is the volume of two to seven Skittles (about 1.5 to 5 ml).11 Generally, the volume of ejaculate increases with the time since last ejaculation and with hydration.

Pre-Ejaculate

The bulbourethral (also known as Cowper’s) glands secrete fluid not only during ejaculation, but also during sexual arousal. The fluid released during arousal is known as pre-ejaculate, preseminal fluid, or “pre-cum”, and may (but not always) be seen as a few drops of clear fluid emitted from the tip of the penis. Pre-ejaculate serves to neutralize the acidity of the man’s urethra, as a lubricant, and as a seminal coagulant. Residual sperm may be present in a man’s pre-ejaculate if he has not urinated since his last ejaculation. For this reason, the “pull-out” or withdrawal method is not an effective method of contraception, since a woman may be exposed to sperm without ejaculation ever occurring.
Cultural Significance

Throughout history, various traditions have described semen as having magical properties, capable of conferring the essence of manhood and masculinity. Several Greek heroes and gods were supposed to have been born when the semen of a god hit the earth or the sea. Among the Etoro people of Papua New Guinea, younger males between the ages of approximately 10 and 20 perform fellatio on grown men and swallow their semen daily in order to plant within themselves the seed of manhood. Similar practices are noted among neighboring tribes.12
Health Benefits

Semen is commonly believed to have a number of health benefits, obtained by swallowing it, applying it to the skin, or allowing it to be absorbed through the vaginal walls.

While some people advocate applying semen to the skin, the justifications provided for this practice are often questionable and may result in more harm than good for individuals with seminal plasma hypersensitivity (an allergy, albeit rare, to the proteins found in semen).

Some studies have suggested that semen acts as an anti-depressant or reduces the risk of breast cancer, yet such studies have relied on survey responses regarding contraceptive methods to infer semen exposure and have limited their analysis to heterosexual partners.13,14,15 Because correlation does not imply causation, it should be cautioned against to attribute the findings of these studies to the properties of semen.

A more substantiated finding is that exposing a pregnant female to the semen of the child’s father may benefit the success of the pregnancy by conditioning the mother’s immune system to better tolerate the conceptus.16

Any other health benefits commonly assigned to semen are likely false, psychological effects, or are better understood through the health benefits of sex in general.
Other Uses

Semen fluoresces under ultraviolet light. For this reason, because it was readily available, and because it is undetectable by exposure to iodine vapor, the British Secret Intelligence Service used semen as invisible ink During World War I. Despite these benefits however, if not fresh, the “ink” developed a pungent smell.17

In my case definitely not dehydrated and the two go hand and hand when I start noticing the difference with smaller balls and less load size down to almost nothing and then it never goes back up even without ceasing sexual activity.
 
Not to deviate from my origianl questions, but another thing I wish someone could explain to me is why Clomid makes me so angry..Im talking Incredible Hulk angry..starting at 50mg..its always did this even when on Test...Test has never given me a feeling of dominance and fearlessness up to 200mg like Clomid does. It always kicks in within 24hrs of commencing the first dose too.
Thoughts anyone?

Well load size has nothing to do with ball size. So head to the doctor and be up front with him. And I think you're giving Clomid way too much credit for having power over your emotions. It's not bath slats bro....you're not losing your shit because of it.. Drink more water and meditate...maybe that'll help.

I have always used HCG (300-400 IUs twice per week) along with my TRT to maintain testicle form and function. Plus it gives a small testosterone boost...

Well, I have 10000Iu of HCG that I just bought recently in case i finally needed to start using it...so think I will.

So do I not need clomid then??...I always thought thats what clomid and HCG both were for , but I guess HCG is the better one to use long term on a consistent/weekly basis?
 
I am 46 and want to stay fertile, been on TRT for 4 years, I also take HCG.
Doc had me on 1,000 twice a week. worked great, kept my balls solid.
I take HCG now twice per week every other month (10,000, actually comes out to 5 weeks) didn't want to burn out my receptors.
Doing this kept my balls full.

Load size is another story.
Water, vitamins and minerals help with your load.
I've used Zinc, Arginine and Soy Lecithin to increase my load volume.
Some people say to add MACA

Everyone is different. I don't feel right when using Clomid. Sounds like you may also have some issues with it if it makes you angry. You can always start with just HCG and see how it works for you.
 
The prostate is responsible for most of the volume of your load.

Yeah, think Im gonna try just the HCG alone like you mentioned you do, so I might go with 250iu twice a week and see how that feels for me...Im thinking every 3 days?
 
One other thing Ive noticed after being off of Test C for over two weeks now and Clomid for a week is that a few injuries I have feel less inflamed then they have since I cant remember when. Been on Test C for 4 years straight and now the injuries seem to be more tolerable or not as easily bothered all of a sudden.
Total body inflammation seems lower all of a sudden and that's unusual for me.

Almost thinking the Test maybe was inhibiting collagen synthesis or to much Estrogen built up maybe??

Any opinions?

This could be due to higher E2. I don't aromatise enough on Test alone and end up with low E2. hCG raises my E2 levels and my joints/injuries feel much better. My loads get much bigger when I'm off the AI.

Hmmm, Ive never used an AI so I cant comment as to its effects on me, but it sounds like your saying my sore joints/injuries issue could be from to high or to low of Estrogen level. I guess you cant tell for sure except for getting bloodwork done?

Im definitely feeling better from not being on Test for 3 weeks now and over a week since stopping the Clomid.

Thinking when I start using TRT again that I will do the HCG 250mg twice per week and see how I feel...or maybe just do it some weeks on and some off.
