I see so many posts about everyone worrying about hematocrit. Most of us dosing TRT, with maybe a few runs a little above, or if you blast, will face this issue. No matter what you eat, how or when you eat, how much water you drink etc. It will be an issue as I've newly learned. That said, it is no big deal to drain a little blood every few months to keep it in check. I just did my own for the first time, wasn't an issue, wasn't that bad. It's a good feeling when you know you can rely on yourself to solve one of the biggest issues surrounding TRT with a few blasts per year.
So eat your beets brother! They are good for you. Watch your crit and if creeps up, find a way to donate or drain some off the top yourself with the aid of a trusted friend.
