200 mg test a week, 50 mg dbol ed. Is that enough test or should I bump that up to 400 mg.

diet is about 3700 to 3900 cals
400-450 gr. protein, 300 grams carbs, and about 100 grams of fat.(peanut butter and what ever else is in the food)

depending on your body u can do very well on 250mg of test a week I know i did. Dont bump it up unless your gains are crap after youve added more cals

Like cjack said only "be prepared" to up it if you stagnate. You do have at least Clomid for post cycle therapy don't you?

If I were you then I'd get my bodyfat under control first. If you are 20% now and you bulk up, you probalbly won't be able to see any of the muscle. You might want to keep your calories low while doing cardio and lifting. The test and dball will help you drop the fat fast while getting stronger and putting on a little muscle. After you drop 7-8% of your bf you could bump up the calories and then gain quality mass. In the long run you will look so much better if you do it this way. Another thing, I think the dball should be dropped to 25-30mg. If you start at the high end with 50mg, you won't be able to raise the dose. Good luck, and nice tighty whiteys!
