If I were you then I'd get my bodyfat under control first. If you are 20% now and you bulk up, you probalbly won't be able to see any of the muscle. You might want to keep your calories low while doing cardio and lifting. The test and dball will help you drop the fat fast while getting stronger and putting on a little muscle. After you drop 7-8% of your bf you could bump up the calories and then gain quality mass. In the long run you will look so much better if you do it this way. Another thing, I think the dball should be dropped to 25-30mg. If you start at the high end with 50mg, you won't be able to raise the dose. Good luck, and nice tighty whiteys!
